Sales Operations Specialist

The role As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and scalable sales operations across the Swedish market. Acting as the operational link between dealers, local stakeholders, and HQ, you will drive continuous improvements in systems, processes, and dealer readiness while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will support the successful implementation of sales tools and processes, administer dealer incentive programs, and help optimize collaboration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and HQ functions. Through a combination of analytical thinking, operational excellence, and stakeholder management, you will contribute to the overall performance and growth of the business. This Is What You Will Do Sales Operations & Process Improvement

• Support and improve Sales Operations processes and ways of working.
• Identify operational gaps and drive agreed process improvements.
• Support accurate and efficient execution across the Sales Operations organization.

Systems & HQ IT

• Act as Sweden's operational SPOC towards HQ IT for relevant Sales Operations systems.
• Maintain strong operational knowledge of CRM, MSS Workbench and BPM.
• Support in collect dealer and Swedish business requirements and drive system-related changes with HQ IT.
• Support in coordinating testing, implementation and follow-up of agreed system changes.

Dealer Operations & Readiness

• Support dealer onboarding and operational readiness, with particular responsibility for CRM, MSS

Workbench and BPM.

• Provide system and process support and training to dealers.
• Maintain direct operational contact with dealers and translate feedback into improvements.
• Support dealers through setup, stabilization and change phases.

Dealer Incentives

• Administer dealer incentive programs and related processes in BPM.
• Ensure correct setup, administration and follow-up of approved incentives.
• Support dealers and internal stakeholders with incentive-related operational matters.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, Operations, dealers and HQ functions.
• Drive operational issues and improvements across organizational boundaries.
• Ensure that Swedish requirements are clearly communicated and followed up with relevant HQ stakeholders.

To Be Successful In The Role You Will Demonstrate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Dealer Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working and Strong systems affinity with CRM and business process management systems.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions and with external partners.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
