Sales Operation Manager

About the role We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to strengthen our growing Defence & Security sales organization at Bittium Wireless Oy. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, managing our sales technology stack, ensuring commercial governance and delivering data-backed reporting to support sales leadership and business units. Your main goal is to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure our sales team has the best possible environment to succeed. This role combines operational excellence with continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to influence how we use data, systems, automation, and AI to drive commercial success. The primary location for the position is Espoo, Finland. The position offers a hybrid working model and reports to the VP, Global Sales & Marketing. Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline the sales process to remove inefficiencies and administrative bottlenecks.
• CRM and Technology: Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring seamless tool integration and high data quality. Plan the next phases of sales technology adoption for continued productivity increases.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Create / consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast revenue, and identify business growth opportunities from data.
• Market Analysis: Create consistent process of gathering and analysis of external data to identify business growth opportunities. Plan and coordinate related Go-To-Market Programs.
• Sales Enablement: Assist with onboarding new sales hires and ensure the team is equipped with best practices and effective materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Business Units, Product Management and Finance to ensure alignment on strategic goals and to support business-critical processes, improve data quality, deliver actionable insights, and help scale our commercial operations as the business grows.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, data analytics, or a similar role within a B2B environment.
• Technical Skills: Deep experience with a leading CRM system (such as Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel).
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to transform complex raw data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Communication: Fluent in Finnish and in English with the ability to communicate effectively with both sales representatives and executive leadership.
