Job Description: Business Development Intern (AI & Agentic Solutions) Locations: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid/Onsite) The Opportunity Are you obsessed with how AI is reshaping the corporate world? Do you want to build a career at the absolute frontier of technology sales? As a Business Development Intern, you will not be making mindless cold calls or fetching coffee. You will step directly into the cockpit of an aggressive, cross-continental market expansion. Operating at the intersection of Digisource and ESS India, you will map out the enterprise landscape in Europe and the USA, initiating high-level dialogues with C-suite executives (CEOs, CHROs, Chief Digital Officers) who are desperate to deploy Agentic AI but lack the roadmap to do it safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Identify and profile high-value Enterprise targets across Europe and the USA within the Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, and Automotive sectors.
• Strategic Outreach: Craft hyper-personalized, data-driven outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Video) utilizing the joint case studies of Digisource and ESS to secure consultation meetings and support it with discovery phone calls with CXO's.
• Deal Support: Attend and participate in live strategy consultations, learning firsthand how to pitch complex custom multi-agent HR/Supply Chain AI agents.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market reactions to frameworks like the EU AI Act and GDPR to help refine our localized value propositions.
