About the Role At WIN SOURCE, a Sales Manager does more than complete sales activities. This role builds high-value customer relationships in the local market and drives long-term business growth. You will work with real B2B customers such as OEMs, EMS providers, manufacturers and technology companies, helping them address critical electronic component sourcing challenges including shortages, lead times, EOL risks, cost pressure and supply continuity. This role is designed for experienced B2B sales professionals who want to grow further in the electronic components and global supply chain industry. We value the customer development capability, industry judgment, negotiation experience and market resources you have built, and we support you with WIN SOURCE’s global sourcing, procurement, quality and logistics network to turn your experience into sustainable customers value and business results. You will have the opportunity to independently develop high-potential customers, manage key accounts, drive RFQs, quotations, negotiations and order conversion, and contribute to longer-term customer planning and regional market growth. Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop high-potential customers in the assigned market and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage key and high-value customers while identifying ongoing purchasing needs and cooperation opportunities.
• Drive customer opportunities from RFQ and quotation to negotiation and order conversion.
• Understand customer needs related to shortages, EOL, lead time, cost and supply continuity.
• Work with sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to deliver practical supply chain solutions.
• Lead key projects, strategic quotations and complex commercial negotiations.
• Manage sales opportunities, customer progress, revenue, gross profit and future growth potential.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, industry events and strategic customer communication when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or related commercial roles.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors, electronics distribution, EMS, OEM or manufacturing supply chains is preferred.
• Strong ability in independent customer development, account management and commercial negotiation.
• Key account, regional market or industry customer resources are a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently manage sales opportunities and take ownership of sales results.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good English or local language communication skills.
