Sales Manager – Denmark We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop the Danish market within the renewable energy sector. This is a high-impact, market-opening role responsible for acquiring new customers, strengthening existing partnerships, and introducing a broad portfolio of solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and heat pump solutions. Working closely with the Regional Sales Director Scandinavia, you will help shape the Danish go-to-market strategy, build a strong sales pipeline and lay the foundations for future business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target customers and new business opportunities across Denmark.
• Acquire new customers and build strong installer and project partnerships.
• Grow existing accounts and introduce new renewable energy solutions.
• Prepare offers, negotiate agreements and support project delivery.
• Manage sales pipelines, CRM and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on Danish market strategy.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events across Denmark.

Ideal Candidate:

• Several years of B2B field sales experience in renewable energy or a related technical sector.
• Proven success in winning new customers and building sales pipelines.
• Experience preparing offers and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of inverters, batteries, system design or similar.
• Danish market experience and an established industry network are strong advantages.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent and commercially driven, with strong relationship-building and organisational skills. A sales-related qualification is a plus, but not essential.
