Sales Manager Asia

Global space industry leader is seeking Sales Manager Asia! KSAT is a world-leading provider of ground station services and integrated mission solutions for the global space industry. As commercial space activities, government programs, and defense-related space capabilities continue to expand across Asia-Pacific, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to strengthen our position in one of the world's most dynamic and strategically important regions. As Sales Manager Asia, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer accounts, and leading complex sales processes for KSAT's Integrated Mission Services portfolio across defined markets in Asia, with Korea being the main priority and focus. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures, helping position KSAT as the preferred partner for satellite operators and space organizations throughout the region. We Believe You Have

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience from the space, satellite, aerospace, defense, government, or other technology-driven industries.
• A proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, engaging with both commercial and government decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience and insight into the Korean market is considered an advantage, including understanding of Korean culture and business practices.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Asia-Pacific region.

• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers, strategic partners, and prospective clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, government, and defense sectors.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract award, coordinating stakeholders and driving the complete sales process.
• Develop compelling proposals in close collaboration with project managers, technical experts, and bid teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Negotiate and secure profitable contracts while achieving agreed sales targets, budgets, and strategic objectives.
• Represent KSAT at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events while fostering collaboration across KSAT's global organization and working effectively across multiple time zones, cultures, and business environments.
