Sales Lead Nordics

The role and the team As our Country Lead Nordics (all genders), you’ll build Lucanet’s business in the Nordics from the ground up. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, new business revenue and the local team in Sweden, and help CFOs and finance teams across Scandinavia handle financial consolidation and reporting with ease. This is a hybrid, senior leadership role in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with real ownership of a greenfield market. You’ll work closely with our HQ Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams, and you’ll report into the Sales leadership team. Your focus is enterprise finance teams in PE-backed, listed and internationally active companies. You’ll grow that business through direct sales and through partners like Big Four firms and advisory networks. • Own the Nordics go-to-market strategy across direct enterprise sales and partner channels, adapting our global approach to the region
• Drive new business revenue with PE-backed, listed and internationally active companies across Sweden and the Nordics
• Build and scale partnerships with Big Four firms, advisory networks and regional finance ecosystem players
• Build, lead and coach a high-performing local sales team as the Nordics business grows
• Build trusted C-level relationships with CFOs and finance leaders as their strategic advisor on financial consolidation
• Establish Lucanet’s brand in the Nordics through thought leadership, executive events and a consistent market presence
• Act as the voice of the Nordics market, shaping localization and positioning with global Product and Marketing
• Steer pipeline and forecasting with AI-supported sales intelligence and CRM tools to make data-informed decisions

What You Bring

• You’ve built and scaled a B2B SaaS business in a new or emerging regional market, ideally combining direct enterprise and partner-led sales
• You’ve closed complex enterprise deals with CFOs and finance leaders, and you understand financial consolidation and the challenges of the CFO office
• You’ve built, led and developed a sales team in a greenfield or scale-up setting
• You have a trusted network in the Nordics finance ecosystem, including Big Four firms, advisory firms and enterprise finance leaders
• You engage C-level executives with confidence and act as a strategic partner across local and global teams
• You use AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms to run pipeline, activity tracking and performance reporting
• You’re fluent in Swedish and English
