Sales Executive

SALES EXECUTIVE – SWEDEN Sail Racing International · Studio 77, Billdal Sail Racing was founded in 1977 and re-launched in 1999, with the founders’ original passion for sailing still firmly anchored in place. Today we are a highly specialized company, designing the most innovative and technical gear for high-speed sailing, developed together with the professional athletes of the Sail Racing Test Team. Our commitment extends beyond the sea, from winter expedition gear built for extreme cold to a broad sportswear collection, always created with speed sailing in mind. As our Sales Executive, you’ll drive and develop our business in Sweden. You start with a strong base of established retail partners, and with them you’ll grow the brand further, in existing stores and in new ones. You’ll work closely with sales team, design, e-commerce and customer service, and bring total commitment to every deal. You’ll join a fast-moving team with a global footprint, where decisions are made close to the business and your impact is visible from day one. What you’ll do

• You manage and grow strong relationships with our partners and key wholesale accounts, mostly out in the field rather than behind a desk. You secure long-term partnerships while continuously building new ones.
• Own your territory and your numbers, from the first meeting to sell-through in store
• Open new accounts and set the growth plan for your region
• Present our seasonal collections and drive pre-order and reorder
• Bring the market’s voice back to the team and influence range and strategy

- Who you are

• A track record in fashion, premium sports or lifestyle wholesale
• Competitive at heart and a team player by nature, motivated by results we celebrate together
• Strong commercial understanding, with a focus on assortment, sell-through and profitability
• Self-driven and proactive, and you bring energy to the team around you
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with a driving licence and a willingness to travel

You’ll be based at Studio 77 in Billdal, our new headquarters, created by Sail Racing together with the property developer Broods. White Arkitekter designed it with the America’s Cup in mind: big, open spaces, high ceilings and lots of daylight, more race-team hangar than office block. The building features a gym, sauna and running trails right outside. A green courtyard and a welcoming lobby create space for meetings, launche and events, while a dedicated host takes care of lunch, coffee and everyday needs.
