Sales Executive Lower Mid Market

Do you want to build something new, with the strength of an established company behind you? SD Worx has more than 40 years of experience in HR and payroll, helping companies make people, processes and systems work seamlessly together. Now, we are expanding into Lower Mid Market, a new segment where we see significant potential to help small and mid-sized companies modernise their HR and payroll operations. We are looking for a Sales Executive who wants to join us from the beginning, create new business and help build our position in the Swedish market. Your role This is not a traditional sales role where the market, offering and customer base are already established. You will play an important role in developing a new market segment for SD Worx in Sweden. Together with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Product, as well as our HR and payroll specialists, you will create new business and help shape how we approach the market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and creating new business opportunities within the Lower Mid Market segment
• Building a strong pipeline and proactively engaging with new customers
• Managing the full sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and contract signing
• Understanding customer needs within HR, payroll and digitalisation and demonstrating tangible business value
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Contributing to the development of our offering and go-to-market strategy

About you We believe you are commercially driven and motivated by sales, business development and the opportunity to build something new. You are curious about your customers’ businesses, comfortable taking ownership and have a natural ability to build trust. We believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, BPO or similar solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, curious and commercial mindset
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Confidence engaging with different stakeholders and decision-makers
• Energy, drive and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English

Experience within HR, payroll or HR Tech is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your commercial capabilities, curiosity and ambition are just as important. Why SD Worx?
