We are looking for an experienced Nordics Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and expand strategic client relationships across the Nordic financial-services market. Based in Oslo or Stockholm, the role will represent the full SS&C portfolio, with particular focus on GIDS and Advent, targeting the top 20–25 largest banks and financial institutions in the Nordic region. This is a senior, highly client-facing position where relationships, industry credibility and market knowledge are critical. The successful candidate will bring an extensive and active C-level network across the largest Nordic banks and financial institutions, together with a strong track record of enterprise technology or complex solution sales. The role requires someone comfortable engaging senior executives, understanding their business and technology priorities, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement and discovery through business case, negotiation and close. The individual will be responsible for developing new opportunities, building and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline, and growing strategic relationships across both new and existing clients. This includes identifying opportunities across the broader SS&C portfolio, leading cross-sell and up-sell activity, and bringing together the appropriate product, solutions consulting, client success, professional services and executive resources to address client needs. Disciplined account planning, opportunity management and accurate forecasting will be important elements of the role. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the Nordic buy-side, savings and wealth-management markets, including investment-management operating models, technology platforms, client needs and wider industry trends. Just as importantly, the candidate should have a genuine interest in how these markets are developing and where technology is creating new opportunities. Artificial intelligence is an important part of this. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in AI, understand how it is currently being applied within the buy-side, savings and wealth-management industries, and be genuinely curious about how its use will continue to evolve. A broader understanding of developments in automation, data management and digital transformation is also important. Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence are essential. The candidate should be able to build credibility quickly with senior business and technology leaders, understand complex client requirements and translate these into clear commercial recommendations, value propositions, business cases and ROI assessments. This is very much a field-based sales role. Regular face-to-face engagement with clients is a core expectation, with onsite client meetings across the Nordic region expected three to four days per week. The successful candidate should therefore enjoy being in the market, developing relationships and spending significant time directly with clients. We are looking for an established enterprise sales professional with at least 15 years of successful experience selling enterprise software, technology or complex solutions to banks, asset managers or other financial institutions. Excellent English is required, together with fluency in one or more Nordic languages. Previous experience with fund-administration technology, investment-operations outsourcing, data services or other specialist buy-side solutions is beneficial, as is existing knowledge of SS&C, GIDS and Advent. Ultimately, success in this role means establishing a strong and credible presence with senior executives across the Nordic financial-services community, creating and maintaining a healthy qualified pipeline, delivering consistent revenue performance and expanding the adoption of SS&C solutions, particularly GIDS and Advent, across strategic Nordic clients. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation. It's important to us that we strive to have a workforce that is diverse in the widest sense. Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
