This is a high‑visibility role where you will partner closely with Sales, influence senior stakeholders, and shape pricing strategy in a dynamic, international environment. About The Role As Sales Controller, you will manage and implement pricing strategy for the Nordic & Baltic region, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with GROHE’s commercial objectives. You’ll work within the Finance organisation and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver insights, guide decision‑making, and support key commercial initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and maintain pricing tools, policies, and annual price changes
  • Evaluate and approve special pricing requests and discount exceptions
  • Monitor pricing performance, sales trends, and margin development
  • Provide actionable market insights using internal and external data
  • Partner with Sales on budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
  • Deliver financial reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Support pricing for new product launches and business cases
  • Coordinate customer contracts, credit notes, and bonus settlements
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Pricing Controller, Business Controller, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and SAP/Business Warehouse
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, AppSheet, or Tableau is a plus
  • Business‑level English; Scandinavian language skills preferred
