The Sales Business Manager is a senior individual contributor role within the Sales Career Path, accountable for driving sustainable sales performance, customer value, and commercial growth across assigned territories. The role requires advanced sales capability, strong clinical and market knowledge, and the ability to independently develop and execute long-term territory and account strategies. This position is expected to act as a trusted advisor to customers, lead complex sales opportunities and negotiations, and collaborate effectively across functions and franchises to deliver results. The Sales Business Manager also demonstrates informal sales leadership by mentoring junior colleagues, supporting cross-functional initiatives, raising the standard of commercial execution, and consistently role-modelling Stryker’s values, ethical standards, and leadership expectations. Learn more about Neptune S: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/surgical-technologies/products/neptune-s.html - Hear the story of Julie Greenhalgh and the impact of our solutions on healthcare professionals working in the operating room: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZeFzYpXots What You Will Do - Drive sales growth of the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden through strategic territory planning and execution. - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare systems, and purchasing organizations. - Manage existing customer accounts by delivering ongoing commercial support and building long-term business partnerships. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff. - Lead commercial discussions and support purchasing decisions with clinical and procurement stakeholders. - Prepare quotations, manage order processes, and ensure effective follow-up throughout the customer journey. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across business units to maximize customer value and identify new opportunities. - Represent Stryker at industry congresses, professional events, and customer meetings to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities. What You Will Need Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience required
  • 3+ years of PTQ Achievement required and PTQ achieved in current year
  • English proficiency
  • Detailed knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations
  • Great Commercial and business awareness/experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling capital equipment, medical devices, or other technical products.
  • Experience working in an operating room (OR), theatre environment, or with surgical

teams.

  • Experience within MedTech, BioTech, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry
