What you'll do

THE ROLE You own B2B revenue with Polymer Workshop® retail and OEM partners, and you build our sales process and the community around our partner shops from the ground up. ABOUT POLYMER WORKSHOP® Polymer Workshop® designs and sells premium cycling components through a global B2B portfolio of 130+ partners, from retail shops to bike brands. WHY THIS ROLE – We are a small, agile team. You report directly to the founder and decisions are made quickly. – You get responsibility from day one and the space to make a large impact. – There is no existing playbook. You build the sales process. – As we grow, so does your remit. THE TEAM BEHIND YOU – Operations handles order processing, warehouse, shipping, and invoicing. You close the deal, and HQ delivers it. – Marketing supplies product imagery, launch material, and content for partner shops and activations. – Our sales dashboard gives you a live CRM, sales data per partner and market, and AI tools for account planning and reporting. – Partners order directly through our B2B portal, so reorders run without manual handling. – Product development sits in-house in Copenhagen. – You work directly with the founding team on terms and key accounts. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – Own the B2B revenue target for retail and OEM partners. – Build and run the sales process: prospecting, qualification, onboarding, account planning, and reorders. – Open new partners and markets, and negotiate terms, minimum orders, and agreements. – Manage pipeline and forecast, and report results to the founder every month. – Take new products to market with partners, including the 2027 launches. – Build our Approved Partner concept: shop standards, training, and on-site activations. – Run activations and build community with and around partner shops: events, group rides, and workshops. – Visit partners and trade events, and work closely with Operations and Marketing. WHAT YOU BRING – A documented track record in B2B sales: meeting or exceeding targets, opening new accounts, and negotiating commercial terms. – Fluent English. – The ability to work well in a small, agile team: hands-on, flexible, and comfortable owning the work from the first call to the delivery. – Technical interest in components. You can explain a technical product to a mechanic or build that knowledge quickly. – You ride. Cycling is a prerequisite for understanding our products and the people who use them. – Willingness to travel 25+ days per year, including on-site events and activations with partners. – Based in Copenhagen. The role is on-site at our HQ, and remote work is not an option.
