Telemecanique Sensors, a YAGEO Group company New Opportunity | Sales Account Manager – Sweden 📍 Location: Sweden | Home-based | Regular customer travel across Sweden and the Nordic region At Telemecanique Sensors (TS), part of YAGEO Group, we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to further develop our business in Sweden and the Nordic market. This is more than an account management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to customers, understanding their machines and applications, identifying technical challenges and turning opportunities into the right solutions and sustainable business. • Proven experience in technical field sales, ideally within industrial automation, sensors, control products, electrical/electronic components or related technologies;
• Strong experience working directly with industrial OEMs and technical decision-makers;
• Ability to understand customer applications and translate technical needs and challenges into solutions;
• Experience developing opportunities from initial customer engagement through technical evaluation/design-in and commercial closure;
• Strong new business development mindset, combined with the ability to develop existing strategic accounts;
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners;
• Ability to build and execute your own territory and customer-development strategy;
• Proactive, self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently;
• Strong team player, comfortable collaborating with technical experts, product teams and international colleagues;
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

🛠️ Your main responsibilities

• Develop and grow the TS business across the assigned territory;
• Build strong relationships with industrial OEMs, distributors and other key customers;
• Identify new customers, applications and business opportunities;
• Understand customer applications, technical requirements and challenges and position the appropriate TS solutions;
• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discussions to design-in, negotiation and business award;
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities;
• Build and execute account and territory development plans;
• Work closely with distributors to increase market coverage and generate new opportunities;
• Collaborate with technical and product specialists when additional expertise is required;
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activity.
