Safety Specialist | $62/hr Remote

Position: AI Safety Experts English & Norwegian Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $48-$62 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents to identify vulnerabilities.
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
• Apply structured frameworks to maintain consistent testing.
• Document findings in reports, datasets, and attack cases for customer action.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
• Ability to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to move across various projects and customers.
