S&OP IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (M/F)

THE ROLE Join the MYTTRA Adventure as a Planning & S&OP Improvement Manager! Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional passionate about industrial performance, planning optimization and continuous improvement? At MYTTRA, we are looking for a Planning & S&OP Improvement Manager to support an ambitious industrial transformation project in Sweden. Your mission will be to improve planning processes, strengthen SAP data reliability and optimize S&OP performance while supporting operational teams. YOUR MISSIONS

• Planning Optimization: Assess and improve production planning processes, capacity planning and MRP parameters.
• SAP & Master Data: Improve the reliability of planning data, BOMs, routings and SAP master data.
• S&OP Improvement: Strengthen forecasting, demand and capacity alignment, and S&OP governance.
• Performance Management: Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance.
• Change Management: Coach teams, implement best practices and support process adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Define and deploy a structured improvement roadmap.

• Experience: 10+ years in Industrial Supply Chain, Production Planning or Operations Management.
• S&OP: Proven experience in implementing or improving S&OP processes.
• SAP: Strong knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA, MRP and Master Data.
• Planning: Expertise in production planning, capacity management and forecasting.
• Continuous Improvement: Experience in process optimization and operational transformation.
• Leadership: Strong communication, coaching and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Tools: Advanced Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field. APICS certification is a plus.
