What you'll do
Rubber Extrusion Operator
Location: Multiple Locations across Finland
Employment: Full-time, initial 12-month assignment
We are seeking a highly specialised Rubber Extrusion Operator with experience in continuous in-line vulcanisation processes.
Your duties
- Operating extrusion and vulcanisation lines
- Monitoring temperature, speed and process parameters
- Real-time process adjustments
- Maintaining product quality and production efficiency
Requirements
- Several years of rubber extrusion experience
- Continuous in-line vulcanisation experience is mandatory
- Experience with microwave and hot-air vulcanisation systems is preferred
- Good English skills
- Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced production environment
Salary and employment terms
Employment follows the Finnish Rubber Industry Collective Agreement (Kumiteollisuuden TES). Depending on experience and responsibility level, expected salary ranges from€2,800/month, plus shift, overtime and possible production-related bonuses according to TES.
