THE ROLE📜 CRM and Revenue Optimisation are the bedrock for sustainable growth for any b2b company, yet most companies fall short of delivering on the desired level of alignment that can propel the business forward. If you are the right candidate for the job, you’ll already have experienced this first hand and actively helped create synergies across Sales, Marketing and Service. As a team, we support clients with varied tech stacks: We see a mix of Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud, HubSpot Marketing and Salesforce Sales Cloud as well as a host of other tools. As a RevOps Specialist (L3), you will be acting as our Salesforce expert, helping us to shape our growing CRM offering. You will work as a sparring partner and a hands-on technical expert for our clients. This role blends your deep Salesforce platform expertise with your understanding of how Marketing, Sales and Services teams operate and what they need to work together. You are combining tangible marketing automation and marketing operations solutions with strategic insight, allowing you to connect the dots between client operational efficiency and tangible revenue results. Your stakeholders are Marketing leaders who need to drive operational efficiency to prove the value of their investments. Precis was founded in Stockholm, and Sweden is where many of our most ambitious collaborations are situated. While our internal language is English and we serve a portfolio of international clients, fluency in Swedish is a big plus for this particular role. What You Will Be Doing 💼

• Client Consulting: Work with key clients to understand and diagnose pain points in order to deliver technical and process improvements ensuring improved ROI on Marketing activities.
• Campaign execution: Design and build automated journeys, emails, set up segmentation or build multi-channel workflows using the client’s existing solutions.
• Platform Optimisation: Audit existing setups and make recommendations on how to improve lead management, nurture flows, reporting or automation setups based on the client’s overall goals.
• Business Process Automation: Support with the creation of end-to-end sales, marketing, and service automation to ensure successful lead handover.
• Integrations: Ensure key integrations are set up optimally.
• Data & Reporting Excellence: Partner with our Media and Analytics team to ensure data integrity, build reporting frameworks, and support clients in improving data quality. Built reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Internal and external enablement: Educate our clients around the solutions we build for them. Act as an internal subject matter expert, training wider client teams to understand CRM opportunities.

What We Are Looking For ✔️

• A team player. We are on a mission to build a world class B2B agency and team within Precis, and other than craft, we’re looking for kindness, ambition, and empathy.
• A minimum of 4 years domain experience working with Marketing teams and aligning with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Deep Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on, configuration, and integration experience with Salesforce, Marketing is priority, Sales is a huge plus. Even better if you can also navigate HubSpot.
• Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by ambiguity and eager to actively participate in building out processes for an expanding service line.
• The Strategic Doer: You love jumping between high-level business processes and diving deep into platforms to problem-solve and configure workflows yourself
• Revenue/Marketing Operations Background: A proven track record in Marketing and Sales Operations with a clear understanding of how to drive efficiencies through technical solutions when working with Marketing leaders.
• Client-Centric Consultant: Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gather requirements in a complex environment and the ability to translate between process needs and technical requirements.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
