What you'll do

Want to build the engine behind a fast-growing sales team? FoodOp is looking for a student who loves structure, systems and automation to become our first Revenue Operations hire. About FoodOp FoodOp is a digital assistant for professional kitchens. We help operators run efficiently, reduce food waste, grow margins and deliver great dining experiences with a positive environmental impact. Today, more than 2,000 chefs across 1,000+ kitchens use FoodOp every day. We're a small, talent-dense team that values ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. We make decisions through dialogue, encourage experimentation and help each other grow. Next year is a big one for us. We are scaling our sales efforts across the Nordics, the UK and the US, and we need a solid foundation underneath the team before we do. That's where you come in: you'll help shape how we sell, track and grow, not just maintain what's already there. What you'll do You'll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and the sales team, owning three core areas:

  • Structure our CRM
  • Clean up and organise our CRM data: accounts, contacts, deals and pipeline stages
  • Set up fields, views and reports that make sense across markets (Nordics, UK, US)
  • Define simple rules for how the team logs activity, so data stays reliable
  • Automate our sales process
  • Map how we sell today and spot manual steps that can be automated
  • Build workflows for lead routing, follow-ups, reminders and deal updates
  • Connect the CRM to the tools we already use (email, calendar, meeting notes)
  • Set up and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns in Expandi, and sync results with the CRM
  • Streamline weekly sales check-ins
  • Build a dashboard that shows pipeline, activity and forecast at a glance
  • Prepare the weekly check-in so meetings focus on decisions, not status updates
  • Track action items and follow up on them week to week

As we grow, you'll also help with ad hoc analysis and get to shape how RevOps looks at FoodOp long term. Who you are

  • You're enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in business, economics or finance
  • You think in systems and get a kick out of turning chaos into clear processes
  • You're comfortable with data and spreadsheets, and curious about automation tools
  • You take ownership, work independently and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • You communicate clearly in English; Danish is a plus

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with automation and AI tools like Expandi, Claude or Zoho Flow
  • An interest in B2B sales, SaaS or start-ups

What we offer

  • Real ownership: you'll build our RevOps setup from the ground up, not maintain someone else's
  • A front-row seat to a sales expansion across three regions
  • Direct collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and founders, with short decision paths
  • Flexible hours that fit around your studies and exams
