Retail Operations Intern

About the team As part of the Global Retail Operations team, you will work across markets to help ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent store operations. This internship offers hands-on experience within a global fashion brand, providing valuable insight into retail operations, development, and the execution of global initiatives across different markets. Working closely with your mentor and team members, you will gain exposure to how retail strategies are translated into everyday store operations. The team is responsible for driving global rollouts, omni-channel services, and operational standards, while collaborating closely with Retail, Customer Service, E-Commerce, IT, Finance, and local market teams. Together, they play a key role in turning strategy into practical execution and delivering a seamless customer experience worldwide. Who you are We are looking for a curious and motivated student with a strong interest in retail operations and global business. To succeed in this role, you are structured, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail, Operations, Engineering, or a related field - Interested in retail operations and how global organizations operate - Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with presentations and data - Proactive, hands-on, and confident taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities - Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Support global retail projects, initiatives, and rollouts across GANT's store network - Assist in developing retail guidelines, playbooks, presentations, and operational materials - Coordinate communication and information flow between HQ and local market teams - Collect and consolidate feedback, updates, and insights from global markets - Support retail reporting through data collection, quality checks, and basic analysis - Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking to ensure progress - Contribute to ongoing projects and daily operations through ad hoc support and coordination What You’ll Experience At Gant, you’ll be part of the team from day one, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from colleagues across the organization.
