Restaurant Worker

Hanko Grill House is looking for a restaurant worker to join our small and customer-oriented restaurant in Hanko. The position includes a variety of restaurant and customer service duties. The employee will take part in the daily operations of the restaurant and help ensure smooth customer service, cleanliness, and a pleasant environment for our customers. Main Duties The duties include, among other things:

• working at the cash register and handling payments
• taking customer orders
• customer service
• serving food and customers
• cleaning tables and collecting dishes
• maintaining the cleanliness and order of the customer areas
• other assisting duties related to the daily operation of the restaurant

As Hanko Grill House is a small restaurant, the employee is expected to be flexible and willing to carry out different tasks during the work shift when needed. Requirements We expect the applicant to have:

• good teamwork skills
• flexibility regarding different work duties

The position requires knowledge of Finnish, English, Arabic and Kurdish, as the restaurant serves a multilingual customer base. Previous experience in restaurant work, serving, cashier work or customer service is considered an advantage.
