Based away from our Copenhagen head office, you’ll work independently while maintaining close communication and collaboration with colleagues across locations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Lead and engage the onsite team. Set clear priorities, coordinate workloads and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
  • Occupancy, sales & partnerships: Proactively seek out opportunities to maintain high occupancy. Work with the marketing team on creating targeted campaigns and lead local sales initiatives, such as open house events. Build strong relationships with universities and other relevant partners to generate referrals and recurring group bookings.
  • Resident satisfaction: Ensure welcoming, responsive service. Act on feedback and resolve concerns to improve satisfaction, recommendations and reviews.
  • build trust, encourage recommendations and earn positive reviews.
  • Financial performance & reporting: Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L reporting. Use data to monitor revenue and costs, improve efficiency and prioritise maintenance and improvement investments.
  • Property excellence: Keep the property well maintained, tidy and presentable. Manage suppliers and contracts, coordinate maintenance and ensure compliance with local regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Daily operations & administration: Respond to queries, complaints & emergencies. Handle move-in/out procedures, booking & occupancy systems.

What’s in it for you? Aside from the fact that you’ll become part of a highly dedicated team and get the joy of working from the most beautiful property, we can offer you:

  • Strong focus on employee wellbeing and professional development.
  • Fun & supportive colleagues and social events, including workshops and summer and Christmas parties.
  • Pension scheme with excellent health insurance.
  • Lunch arrangement & free coffee.
  • A corporate benefits portal with great discounts to well-known brands
  • 25 days of annual leave, additional company-paid leave around public holidays, plus 5 extra paid leave days per year.
  • Attractive bonus scheme linked to company and team performance.

Who do we imagine in this role? You are a proactive, solution-oriented leader who maintains an overview even when managing multiple priorities. You take initiative, adapt quickly to changing directions, and bring people along with you. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and make decisions with the company’s overall interests in mind. Additionally, we imagine you may have:

  • Experience in property operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar operational role.
  • Great ability to lead people, either as a team leader or someone who naturally takes a leading role in any project.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and improve daily workflows.
  • Financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership, while proactively keeping colleagues across various locations informed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A structured, flexible, and positive approach to problem-solving.

Experience with technical building systems, additional language skills, and managing high-volume guest/resident arrivals is an advantage, but not a requirement. At Basecamp by Xior, we strongly believe in the transferability of skills and experiences across various industries and backgrounds.
