Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? As our Reservations Coordinator, you will build hands-on expertise in group reservations, hotel systems and cross-functional coordination. You will work with international guests and partners, gain insight into the commercial side of hotel operations and become part of a collaborative environment where your overview and attention to detail make a visible difference every day. Your role You will coordinate reservations from the first booking details through to a smooth arrival. A typical week will include: Setting up and maintaining group room blocks and individual reservations in Opera Cloud or a similar PMS, ensuring accurate booking, billing, and guest information Following up on rooming lists, cut-off dates, changes and confirmations for leisure groups, airline crews, VIP groups and congress bookings. Acting as a professional point of contact for group organizers, travel agents and partners, helping resolve booking questions quickly and service-mindedly. Working closely with Sales, Events, Revenue and Front Office to keep group stays coordinated and colleagues updated. Supporting reporting, group pick-up tracking, forecasting and commission or accrual processes through reliable reservation data. Are we a perfect match? You will thrive in the role if you enjoy creating order, communicating clearly and keeping several bookings moving at the same time. We are particularly interested in your ability to: Bring 1-3 years of experience from hotel reservations, Front Office or a related hospitality role; experience with group bookings is an advantage. Work confidently with a PMS or CRS such as Opera Cloud, Opera, Fidelio or a similar system. Stay structured and detail-oriented while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Communicating professionally and service-mindedly with guests, partners, and colleagues; fluency in English is required, while Danish is considered an advantage. Use Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, as practical tools in your daily work. What's in it for you?
