Reporting and Analytics Associate for Copenhagen, Denmark About The Role We are looking for a Reporting and Analytics Associate to join our Reporting & Analytics team in Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, reporting, and analysis, and who wants to develop within a dynamic investment and real estate environment. You will play an important role in ensuring that data and reporting across our investments and funds is accurate, transparent, and insightful. Working with both financial and non-financial performance data, you will help support decision-making across Urban Partners while contributing to the continued development and optimisation of reporting processes. You will gain broad exposure to investor reporting, fund reporting, sustainability reporting, and performance analytics across multiple investment strategies, funds, and markets. This provides a unique opportunity to develop both technical reporting capabilities and a strong understanding of how data supports investment decision-making. The Reporting & Analytics team is part of Finance & Group Support and works closely with colleagues across Finance, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Digital. The team is responsible for delivering analyses and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders while continuously improving data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial and non-financial reporting across investments and funds.
  • Contribute to data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining reporting data models, cubes, and analytical tools that support scalable reporting and decision-making.
  • Support reporting optimisation, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled reporting processes to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Investor Relations, Finance, Sustainability, and Investment teams, helping translate business needs into data-driven reporting and decision support.

Your Experience & Skills We are looking for a colleague with approximately 2-3 years of professional experience who enjoys working close to the numbers and understands the value of reliable data and high-quality reporting.

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience from a hands-on finance-related role such as Financial Controller, Finance Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working directly with reporting, reconciliations, analyses, and large datasets
  • Experience supporting reporting cycles, month-end activities, management reporting, or financial analysis
  • Interest in technology, automation, AI, and process optimisation
  • Excellent English skills
  • Digital skills and tool proficiency (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, data structures, and data cubes)

It would be an advantage to have experience from investment management, real estate, asset management, private equity, fund structures or similar fields. Your Character As a person, you are motivated by learning, curious by nature, and enjoy taking ownership of your work. You Are
