Regional Clinical Specialist - Prosthetics

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Clinical Specialist - Prosthetics for the Scandinavian regions. Focus markets are Norway, Sweden and Denmark. If you are a qualified Prosthetist looking to move into a training and education role, we want to hear from you. The role: As Regional Clinical Specialist - Prosthetics, you will lead all training activities in the Scandinavian markets & provide on-site and digital technical training to Blatchford customers and product users. Our customers and their needs are our top priority. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries. The focus is on enhancing the expertise of our network to ensure optimal use of our products. Key duties:

• Planning, conducting, and following up on technical training sessions and product demonstrations for existing and new products for customers, healthcare professionals, users, and Blatchford employees
• Creating and managing training materials for training purposes (in-person training and digital formats)
• Developing ideas and concepts for new training formats (blended learning)
• Conducting and teaching training & certification courses both face-to-face and digital
• Providing advice on prosthesis construction and the use of Blatchford products
• Answering complex and technical product-related questions from our customers
• Representing Blatchford at external events, such as trade shows

What are we looking for? As Regional Clinical Specialist – Prosthetics, you will have the following. Key skills

• Relevant clinical Prosthetist certification
• Experience in a prosthetic clinical environment
• Experience in orthosis fabrication is an advantage
• Norwegian or Swedish language is advantageous but not essential
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and good organisational skills
• You are familiar with standard Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Willingness to travel (80%)
