We are currently looking for a French-speaking Recruiter to support our growing international healthcare recruitment activities, with a particular focus on French-speaking markets and Luxembourg. We are open to discussing both full-time and part-time arrangements and will adapt the role to the right candidate. Your Role As a Recruiter, you will support international healthcare recruitment projects, working closely with candidates, clients, sourcers and onboarding specialists. You will play an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging qualified healthcare professionals across European markets, helping candidates navigate the recruitment process from initial contact through successful placement. The role combines recruitment, candidate relations, market mapping and international collaboration. It is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working across cultures, building networks and helping professionals find international career opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Manage recruitment activities from candidate identification through successful placement. - Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, motivation and suitability. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders. - Work closely with sourcers to identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals across international markets. - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for healthcare and other regulated professions. - Support onboarding and candidate mobility activities. - Contribute to talent market mapping and candidate availability analysis. - Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and documentation. - Stay up to date with labour market developments and recruitment trends across relevant markets. Who Are We Looking For? Qualifications - French language skills at C1 level or higher are essential. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate-facing roles is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Interest in healthcare recruitment and international mobility. - Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Desirable Qualifications - Experience within healthcare recruitment, healthcare services or other regulated professions. - Experience with international recruitment or cross-border collaboration. - Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage. - Experience working in multilingual and international environments.
