At Winona Finland, we started our journey in early 2023, and driven by our successful journey, we are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our core team at Winona Finland. You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients and a valued partner to candidates. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a commercial mindset and eagerness to lead assignments from start to finish. We offer you an independent and impactful role, backed by the full support of a collaborative team. The position is permanent and full-time, and our office is located in Keilaniemi. Requirements: - Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong business acumen, understanding of the commercial side of consulting, and ability to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates - Driven, proactive and goal-oriented mindset - Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English Let’s work together to raise the standard of headhunting and help our clients build stronger teams with the right talent!
