Front Desk Agent

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent with relevant education and/or previous experience in the hospitality industry to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist

• A positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for seasonal work

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to work independently in an organised manner

• A willingness to learn, develop, and grow in the role

• Good command of Finnish and English; additional language skills, especially German or French, are considered an advantage
