They are now looking for an R&D Risk Specialist to take ownership of how risk is analyzed, documented and improved across their entire R&D organization. This is not a seat in a big team. It is a role with real mandate, high visibility and direct impact on the company's certification and delivery success. About the role You become the owner of the FMEA process and the business owner of the FMEA tool within R&D. You will guide the organization toward high-quality, consistent and timely risk assessments, and act as the subject matter expert on risk and requirements management. Engineers, project leaders and management will turn to you for answers, and so will auditors. What you will do
Why this role matters The company's IATF certification work puts FMEA tooling and methodology in sharp focus, and this role is central to getting it right.
