Quotation Engineer

Skovlunde, Denmark Permanent 80-100% Onsite 01.11.2026 Are you looking for a role where technical understanding, commercial insight, and collaboration come together? As a Quotation Specialist, you will prepare and manage competitive quotations for our Customer Service business. Working closely with regional SAS branches and colleagues across CS Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance, you will turn customer requirements into accurate and commercially strong proposals that align with our pricing strategy. This is where you'll excel

• Technical and commercial responsibility for CS quotes (service projects and modifications)
• Technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements and project opportunities in coordination with Sales and Engineering
• Review of cost and selling price calculations
• Preparation of quotations in Navigator or SAP
• Works closely with the CS Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure that all quotes are prepared correctly and effectively
• Commercial clarification of payment terms, Incoterms, and shipping conditions with customers / SAS

These are the skills you'll need

• Diploma from upper secondary school in an electrical or mechanical field or equivalent education through other educational paths
• Technical understanding of machinery and maintenance processes
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong networking skills
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and conscientious way of working, ability to use time and resources efficiently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Continuous improvement attitude, innovation spirit, openness to change
• Fluent in the local language and English
• Ability to understand different cultures and adapt communication accordingly
