Quantity Surveyor

Electrical Quantity Surveyors - all levels Location: Denmark Sector: Mission-critical infrastructure The Opportunity Join a leading international engineering contractor delivering a major mission-critical infrastructure project in Denmark. This is an opportunity to join a growing European project team with a strong pipeline of work across the Nordics. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and owning the commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as the key commercial interface with the client commercial and contract teams.
• Managing project procurement, including subcontractor packages.
• Conducting cost analysis and commercial risk assessments.
• Reviewing contractual correspondence from clients, design teams and subcontractors to identify contractually critical items and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontractor packages.
• Producing project costing, margin and cashflow reports.
• Managing project change-order procedures and agreeing associated costs with the client.
• Working closely with the wider project team to support strong commercial performance throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, power, energy, industrial or data centre projects.
• Previous exposure to civil works with electrical, mechanical or M&E packages.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration and change management.
