Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Copenhagen, Denmark 17/4 rotation with all flights and accommodation provided We are currently supporting a leading engineering contractor with the appointment of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a large data centre project in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a full-time role suited to a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to develop within the data centre sector, working closely with the Construction Team and Commercial Manager across the commercial delivery of a major project. The role will involve supporting cost tracking, commercial reporting, subcontractor accounts, variations, interim valuations, final accounts and monthly progress applications. Key responsibilities will include: • Tracking labour hire and subcontractor costs • Supporting the preparation of commercial reports • Maintaining commercial registers • Managing subcontractor accounts from initial award through to final account • Assisting with interim valuations, variations and monthly progress applications • Supporting the wider commercial and construction teams on site We are looking for someone with: • Previous experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail • Excellent IT skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team • Relevant third-level qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential This is a strong opportunity to join a major data centre project with a competitive salary, further training support, performance incentives and clear career progression.
