About ZRO Imaging AB ZRO Imaging is a specialized imaging Contract Research Organization (CRO) focused on neuroimaging and biomarker-driven clinical research in neurodegenerative diseases. We partner with biopharmaceutical companies, diagnostic developers, and academic research groups to support the development of new therapies and biomarkers. Our team combines expertise in PET imaging, MRI, quantitative image analysis, biomarkers, clinical research operations, and quality management to deliver high-quality scientific and operational support for clinical studies.

The Role As ZRO Imaging’s clinical research activities continue to expand, we are looking for a Quality & Operations Lead to join our team. The role combines quality management with clinical research operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and operational processes supporting ZRO Imaging’s clinical research, imaging, and biomarker activities. You will work closely with ZRO Imaging’s scientific and imaging teams, clinical sites, clients, research institutions, vendors, and other external partners.

Required Qualifications PhD or equivalent advanced academic qualification in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline Advanced understanding of biomedical and clinical research Experience with clinical research operations and complex research documentation Ability to understand scientific and technical requirements relevant to imaging, biomarkers, and clinical research Experience with clinical research quality systems, including SOPs, controlled documentation, and regulatory requirements Ability to work effectively across scientific, clinical, quality, and operational functions Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail Strong scientific and technical writing skills Professional proficiency in English

Meritorious Qualifications Experience coordinating clinical sites, vendors, or external research partners Experience working in multidisciplinary and international research environments

Key Responsibilities Continued development and maintenance of ZRO Imaging’s Quality Management System (QMS) Development, implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and associated controlled documentation Coordination of operational activities for clinical imaging and biomarker projects Development and implementation of standardized processes for project initiation, execution, documentation, and close-out Coordination of vendors and external research partners Support for regulatory and quality compliance applicable to clinical research and imaging activities Coordination of training and documentation required for consistent implementation of company procedures Contribution to data governance, information management, and data protection processes in coordination with relevant specialists Coordination of operational and quality activities across the organization Development of scalable operational processes and infrastructure as the company’s activities expand
