Please be aware, Sherwin-Williams recruiting team members will never request a candidate to provide a payment, ask for financial information, or sensitive personal information like national identification numbers, date of birth, or bank account numbers during the application process. - Lead regional quality improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. - Monitor and improve key quality KPIs, including Complaint Rate, COPQ, and Resolution Days. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of quality data and reporting. - Partner with customers to resolve complex quality challenges and strengthen relationships. - Support business growth initiatives, acquisitions, and technology transfer projects. - Coach and support business and site teams on quality tools, systems, and best practices. - Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Sales, Technical Service, and other cross-functional teams. - Participate in regional and global quality projects. - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in R&D, Quality, Operations functions. - Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Quality Systems. - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results. - Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience working directly with customers. - Ability to work effectively in an international environment. - Willingness to travel around 30% of your time Preferred Qualifications - Six Sigma Green Belt certification. - Experience with Minitab, Business Objects, or manufacturing quality systems. - International business and travel experience.
