Would you like to play a key role in developing product quality, improving processes, and advancing a culture of continuous improvement in an international industrial environment? We are looking for a Quality Development Engineer to strengthen our Quality organization. In this role, you will be at the heart of product quality development, analyzing performance and leading improvement initiatives that have a tangible impact on our customers, products, and business success. You will work closely with Production, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, and other key stakeholders, while actively contributing to the development of our quality journey and management systems. Your Responsibilities As a Quality Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the systematic monitoring, analysis, and development of product quality and performance. You will identify deviations and improvement opportunities at an early stage and translate insights into practical improvements in collaboration with various functions across the organization. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, particularly Black Belt certification, is considered an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement. Interested?
