What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our clients manufacturing operations in Lappeenranta, Finland.

This position is ideal for a professional with experience in manufacturing, machining, welding or industrial quality control. You will play an important role in ensuring that manufactured components and products meet technical drawings, dimensional requirements and quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

\* Inspecting and measuring machined components

\* Checking the quality of welded components and structures

\* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

\* Checking dimensions and tolerances

\* Recording and documenting inspection results

\* Monitoring product quality during the manufacturing process

\* Identifying and reporting deviations

\* Working closely with production and supervisors

\* Supporting the resolution of quality-related issues

\* Contributing to continuous improvement of production quality.

Requirements:

\* Previous experience in quality control or industrial manufacturing

\* Experience in machining and/or welding is an advantage

\* Good ability to read and understand technical drawings

\* Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and quality requirements

\* Experience using measurement and inspection equipment

\* Accurate and systematic approach to work

\* Good teamwork and communication skills

\* Responsible and practical attitude.

A relevant technical education is an advantage, but strong practical experience in manufacturing and quality control is also highly valued.

\* €18–20 per hour, depending on your experience and skills
