Quality Assurance Consultant

Interim QA Consultant – Life Science / GMP Laboratory Compass Human Resources Group is looking for an experienced Interim QA Consultant on behalf of a confidential client — a GMP-regulated laboratory operating within the life science sector in the Stockholm region. About the assignment This is a hands-on interim role supporting the client's QA Manager with day-to-day quality operations, primarily:

• Deviation handling and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

The assignment is expected to run for a couple of months, starting at approximately 80% and scaling up to full-time (100%). Presence on-site at the client's laboratory is required 2–3 days per week. We're looking for someone who

• Has solid experience working with QA processes in a GMP-regulated environment, particularly deviations/CAPA
• Is able to start quickly and work independently from day one
• Communicates fluently in English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus but not a requirement

Practical details

• Location: Stockholm region (on-site 2–3 days/week)
• Duration: Approximately a couple of months
• Workload: 80% initially, scaling to 100%
