QFS Transformation Manager

About The Job Aquador is looking for a passionate and results-driven QFS Transformation Manager to lead a critical Quality & Food Safety transformation journey. This role is a change leadership role focused on strengthening compliance, building capabilities, embedding a culture of quality, and driving sustainable operational excellence. You will work across functions to improve site performance, accelerate food safety maturity, and establish robust systems that support long-term business growth. About You

• University degree in Food Science, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in Quality, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Operations
• Proven track record leading change and transformation programs
• Strong understanding of HACCP, Quality Management Systems, CAPA, and audit processes
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, IWS, or Operational Excellence methodologies is an advantage
• Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
