Role Description The Python Developer contract role at Techinfo Services is a hybrid position based in Stockholm, with the flexibility to work part of the time from home. In this role, the developer designs, builds, and maintains backend services and APIs using Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating with databases and external systems, troubleshooting and resolving defects, and participating in code reviews. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, data engineering, and product stakeholders to implement features, optimize existing functionality, and support deployment processes. The role also involves documenting technical solutions and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with solid experience in Python.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, integrating services, and working with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and adherence to clean code practices.
• Candidates should possess Databases skills, such as working with SQL/NoSQL databases, designing schemas, and writing efficient queries.
• Relevant additional qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful or microservices architectures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams are important.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
