What you'll do

Join our growing in-person group therapy practice. About Us We are MindNet, a Danish, dynamic and growing practice dedicated to making group therapy accessible, meaningful, and transformative. Operating across Denmark, we bring together psychologists and clients in an international and professionally supportive environment. Our platform is built on the belief that healing happens in community, and we are expanding our team of facilitators to meet the growing demand for diverse, high-quality in-person group therapy experiences. Who We Are Looking For We welcome applications from psychologists of all therapeutic backgrounds, approaches, languages, and areas of specialisation. Whether you are trained in CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT, somatic approaches, gestalt, systemic therapy, or any other modality, we want to hear from you. We are particularly interested in practitioners who work with:

  • Anxiety, stress, and burnout
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Relationships and intimacy
  • Expat and cross-cultural life
  • Grief and loss
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Personal development and self-exploration
  • LGBTQ+ experiences
  • Or any other focus area you are passionate about

Our platform covers all of Denmark, so we welcome applications from psychologists based anywhere in the country interested in facilitating in-person group therapy in their practice, although Copenhagen is our hub. The Role This is a part-time, collaborative position well-suited for psychologists who enjoy working in relational, group-based settings. You will design and facilitate your own groups, with freedom to define the topic, format, and therapeutic approach. The collaboration is flexible and can complement your existing private practice. What we take care of

  • Visibility and participant recruitment: We handle the outreach, so your groups fill up.
  • Marketing and promotion across digital and community channels.
  • Administrative and organisational support so you can focus entirely on the clinical work.

What we offer

  • An opportunity to expand your private practice and grow your client base.
  • Flexibility and freedom in shaping your groups
  • A collaborative professional community of like-minded psychologists
  • Ongoing support and a shared platform that values diversity and clinical excellence

How to Apply If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application via email to info@mindnet.dk. Include a brief introduction outlining your professional background, areas of specialisation, and the type of group you would be interested in facilitating. We'll review applications as they come in and reach out directly to shortlisted candidates to arrange next steps. We look forward to connecting with you.
