Promoter team lead

This role is on-time work type which probably needs to travel to different malls. We need 4 team leaders for countries : Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden Work Schedule : 13rd -15th, 20th – 22nd , 27th – 29th of Nov. & 30th Nov in total 10 days Between 13:00-17:00 Role Description The Promoter Team Lead is a part-time, on-site role based in Finland/Denmark /Norway / Sweden. This position is responsible for leading a team of promoters, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer interactions at events, retail locations, and other promotional venues. The role includes planning and executing local sales and marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training to team members to achieve engagement and sales targets. The Promoter Team Lead will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, track feedback from customers, and report key insights to management. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling shifts, overseeing on-site operations, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a professional brand presence. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage customers, coordinate with internal teams, and provide clear guidance to promoters.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure positive on-site experiences, handle inquiries, and address concerns effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard new promoters, deliver coaching, and support performance improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage schedules and on-site logistics.
• Comfort working in customer-facing environments and adapting to different venues and audience types.
• Proficiency in Danish OR Swedish OR Finnish ; knowledge of English
