Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Project Quality Management What You Will Work On Lead and develop the Project Quality Management team Manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across industrial projects Plan team resources and balance project workloads Support, coach, and develop team members Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize quality processes Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Bid Management teams Support bid preparation through quality planning, budget estimates, and review of customer quality requirements Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards Monitor project quality performance and resolve quality-related issues Lead quality planning throughout project execution Coordinate quality documentation, inspections, audits, and reporting Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support organizational development and change initiatives

What You Bring Previous experience as a Team Leader, Group Manager, or Line Manager Strong leadership and people management skills Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Background in technically complex industrial or engineering projects Experience working in project-based organizations Understanding of project execution and quality management processes Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering and business functions Experience driving process improvements and organizational change Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English and good Swedish communication skills
