Ready to plan the delivery of a major mission-critical project?
MiCiM is looking for an experienced Planner to join our team in Norway. This is a hands-on planning role on a fast-paced, technically complex build where your insight, organisation and programme expertise will make a real impact.
You’ll work closely with senior management, site teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners to develop, maintain and monitor programmes through to live project delivery and completion.

What you’ll be doing
As Planner, you’ll keep the project moving by producing robust programmes, tracking progress, identifying programme risks and supporting the project team with clear, practical planning advice.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and update project programmes from bid stage through to completion.
- Monitor progress, track milestones and highlight risks, delays and opportunities.
- Produce clear programme reports, updates, audits and critical path analysis.
- Support project teams with short-term programmes, programme integration and practical planning guidance.
What we’re looking for
- Proven planning experience within construction, ideally on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, logistics or other complex technical projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
- Confidence analysing programme logic, as-built data, KPIs, milestones and critical path information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients, consultants, site teams and supply chain partners.
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with the ability to work well under pressure.
