The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, facilitating meetings, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date. The role involves close collaboration with logistics, expediting, and inspection functions to maintain timelines, quality standards, and budget targets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for reporting project status to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Background in Expediting and Expeditor activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
• Practical experience with Inspection processes and quality control related to project deliverables.
• Skills in Logistics Management, coordinating shipments, inventory, and material flows to support project timelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and solve problems in a structured and proactive manner.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish or other European languages is an advantage.
• Experience working in an on-site, cross-functional environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
