Today, the Group operates in 14 airports across 3 countries and employs nearly 3,000 people, generating approximately €140 million in revenue. We support five key segments of the airport industry: major airports, airlines, small and medium-sized airports, cargo, and restricted area occupants. Our activities are structured around six areas of expertise across three complementary entities: • WatchOver • WelcomeOne • WorkOut Our mission: to anticipate tomorrow’s challenges and deliver high-quality services combining innovation and expertise, supporting the transformation of the airport sector. Context As part of the development of our activities in Norway, we are looking for a profile capable of structuring and securing the entire tender response process, as well as the associated operational coordination. This is a key local leadership role, at the intersection of project management and operational coordination. Main Responsibilities Tender Management

  • Lead the entire tender response cycle
  • Structure responses while ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and cost control
  • Coordinate local internal contributors and Headquarters (France)
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Guarantee the consistency and strategic alignment of responses
  • Implement an efficient tender management organization in Norway

Local Operational Coordination

  • Act as an operational relay for awarded contracts
  • Ensure the proper translation of tender commitments into on-the-ground execution
  • Serve as a local coordination point between teams and internal stakeholders
  • Secure continuity between the commercial phase and the operational phase

Profile

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in project management and coordination
  • Mandatory experience in the airport sector (security, ground handling, etc.) or in labor-intensive service industries (facility management, logistics, contract catering, etc.)
  • Strong experience in cross-functional management and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Native/fluent Norwegian required, professional English mandatory, French is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business and operational challenges
  • High level of autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and reliability
  • Ability to work in demanding and evolving environments

Contract Details

  • Contract type: 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract
  • Location: Norway
  • Start date: November 2026
