Project Manager SAP Concur - Travel & Expense

Description: The Roll-out Project Manager for Global SAP Concur will have the overall responsibility to coordinate the roll-out in the different countries & organization in scope . The role includes full responsibility , together with the steering committee , to securing roll out success. The role is responsible for reporting to the steering committee and to propose relevant solutions and actions in situations where there are project obstacles , and managing the operational day -to-day project activities to secure deliverables, in close collaboration with the Travel & Expense Product team as well as the external supplier . In the g lobal SAP Concur roll-out, a particularly important focus area will be to manage project stakeholders . Travel expense is a multi - dimension domain , involving g HR, Accounting , Tax management & payment processes. It will be the roll-out manager responsibility to support stakeholder buy -in, stakeholder engagement and that stakeholder requirements are met throughout the entire project lifecycle. This should be managed by networking, dialogues and driving important topics and challenges in relevant decision forums together with selected members from the steering committee. Key experience • Senior project manager with at least 8 years of proven experience from successfully leading large scale roll outs , preferable Travel & Expense solution rollouts, where SAP Concur is a strong merit Hands -on experience on Agile Methodologies & Product Oriented Organization • Strong prioritization & stakeholder management skills • Well -structured with proven ability to bring order into complex environments • Strong communication & presentation skills with proven ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way • Experience from leading projects within the HR area is a merit • Experience from leading SaaS implementations is a merit The Roll -out Project Manager is responsible for: • Project & resource planning , in cooperation with Digital Product Manager & Digital Product Owner • Organize & support requirements gathering sessions • Assuring project and delivery quality throughout the whole project lifecycle • Plan, prepare and organize steering committees • Defining, managing, and mitigating project risks • Defining and managing project issues • Cost follow -up • Support & be part of Countries onboarding , training & change management session s
