Job description As Project Manager you will be involved in multi-country enrolment projects contracted with JLCs loyal pharma clients.

• Preparing project strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team, preparing and executing project plans including team engagement, outreach campaigns, site engagement, sponsor contact etc.
• Establishing a trustful relationship with client trial managers and lead CRAs in all countries
• Setting up and engaging the JLC team of national research nurses, and community specialists
• Coordinating submissions for Ethics Committee in collaboration with our regulatory lead
• Supporting your team of research nurses with their qualification and guiding of patients
• Monitor progress, report status, mitigate project deviations and keep internal and external stakeholders informed
• Collaborating with sites, and surveillance of the flow of referred patients.
• Monthly reporting, and communication with sponsor/ CRO trial management.

You will work closely with our Project Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO). When you feel ready you will be given the lead responsibility for projects. Skills and Qualifications You will need professional experience within clinical trials execution and an appetite for a new role in the clinical trial value chain in a small fast growing innovative company. We expect you to have:

• Previous experience in the management and co-ordination of clinical trials from the pharmaceutical industry/CRO as a project manager/assistant, CRA or CTA - or as study coordinator at a public/private clinical trial unit.
• Academic qualifications at bachelor, master or PhD level or a research nurse or equivalent degree within health sciences.
• Skill set consisting of GCP knowledge, and a basic understanding of GDPR.
• Ability to organize tasks and motivate team members, collaborators, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English: ability to confidently present and communicate in written and oral forms.
• Independent, self-reliant, and energetic
• International outlook and mindset
