Project Manager

At Omnium we know onboarding is a critical stage — it's where the foundation for long-term partnership, value realisation and customer success is established. We're now looking for a structured and confident project manager who will take clear ownership of our onboarding projects and make sure customers get a solid, professional start with Omnium. The role As Onboarding Project Manager you'll own the coordination and delivery of the entire onboarding process for our customers. This is a key role that requires close collaboration with customers, partners and internal teams. You'll be the face of Omnium during implementation, and you'll make sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Onboarding is where our customers' commerce operations meet our platform — orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, payments and the flows between channels. Running these projects well means understanding how each customer actually operates, so you can ask the right questions early and keep the project on track when reality differs from the plan. Here's what you'll do:

• Lead onboarding projects: Coordinate and drive the full onboarding process, from kick-off to successful implementation, following up timelines, milestones and deliverables to keep projects moving
• Be the link between everyone involved: Act as the main point of contact between customer, partners and internal teams, making sure communication is clear and expectations are aligned
• Own risk and quality: Identify risk areas early and put the right measures in place, so the customer experiences a seamless transition into using Omnium
• Keep financial control: Follow up time tracking and invoicing for your projects to ensure transparency and predictability

We're looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience as a project manager, preferably from IT projects or technically complex projects
• Experience with B2B SaaS or similar technology products
• Experience from retail or e-commerce
• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken. This is a firm requirement as a lot of customer dialogue, documentation and daily work happen in Norwegian. You also need to work comfortably in English.
• A structured approach and a strong ability to follow up progress, timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of coordinating across different stakeholders
• The ability to run several projects in parallel and adapt when things change along the way
