Project Manager – Modular Data Center Construction

Important - Work Authorization:

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Finland. Visa sponsorship and work permit assistance are not available for this position.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a containerized modular data center construction project for a major client in Lohja, Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Coordinate on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

\- Manage project schedules, milestones, progress reporting, and site coordination.

\- Communicate and coordinate with the client, site supervision teams, and contractors.

\- Coordinate technical interfaces, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

\- Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking and international project teams.

What Were Looking For:

\- Proven construction project management and on-site delivery experience.

\- Experience with technically complex construction or infrastructure projects.

\- Relevant experience in electrical power distribution project delivery.

\- Strong subcontractor coordination and stakeholder management skills.

\- Native-level Mandarin Chinese and fluent professional English.

\- Existing legal right to work in Finland.

Preferred:

\- Experience in modular or containerized data center projects.

\- Previous construction project experience in Finland.

\- Finnish language proficiency is an advantage.
