Project Manager

memberio is a Nordic CRM and membership platform built for nonprofits, associations and membership organisations – the people who make a difference in their communities. We’re growing in Sweden, and we need an experienced project manager to guide our Swedish customers from signed contract to a CRM that works for them every day. What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate CRM implementations from kick-off to go-live
• Be your customers’ main point of contact throughout the implementation
• Plan and run workshops and requirements discussions
• Turn the way an organisation works into a well-designed, sustainable CRM setup
• Configure the platform hands-on – setting up fields, forms, workflows and integrations so the system fits each customer’s needs
• Keep projects structured, on schedule and at the right quality, working closely with our internal teams

What we’re looking for Must-haves

• Several years of experience leading projects or implementations, and you’re used to taking ownership
• Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms or system configuration
• Confidence leading customer conversations and workshops, and turning complex information into clear solutions
• A structured, analytical way of working and strong organisational skills
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience of CRM implementations or SaaS solutions
• An interest in, or experience of, the nonprofit, association or membership world
• Finnish speaking
